Prairieland Dairy – The Taste of Udder Perfection.

History

Prairieland Dairy is a family farm located in Firth, Nebraska. We love a good story, and Prairieland Dairy’s story and refined process of delivering the most perfect milk to your dining room table is one we felt deeply. Learning about the process graphically can make it easier for consumers to understand. We designed, developed and launched the Prairieland Dairy website with the consumer in mind. This is not like any other dairy farm – this is a family farm that treats their cows like family, proving that a happy cow can deliver the best tasting, most perfect milk to your table.

Design Inspiration

Milk is a household staple in many homes, the primary demographic of grocery shoppers being moms. The web design features large photography of smiling children, natural farm elements, yummy recipes and, of course, happy cows. Red and white striped straws are trendy and made for a design detail to play up. The logo had already been established; so I paired the large Metroscript font from the logo into headings, contrasted with a contemporary and smaller sans-serif font to create a balance of fun and elegance.
