The concept design is a marriage of modernism (metal) and nature (earth) found in the reflective stone imagery. The ambient blue accents are conspicuous yet soft.
Ryan & Ashley's Wedding
Identity, Guest Book, Packaging,
Print Collateral, & Website
Ashley designed an elegant logo, microsite, tea tin labels, seed packets, the invitations—each with two willow twigs handbound and secured at the top—programs with sewing machine stitching up the middle, and a handmade guestbook using the Japanese stab binding technique. Black origami fortune tellers served as dishes for hand-dipped pretzels and the reception was decorated with white paper lanterns suspended from the ceiling. Glass vases of curly willow were the centerpiece of each table and tealight candles.
